How are the trees and other products shipped?
All of our products are shipped via UPS Ground in heavy-duty corrugated boxes. Shipping typically takes 2-4 business days (depending on where you live).

*Orders recieved before November 16th will get shipped on November 16th.

Is shipping included in your prices?
Shipping is not included in our prices. Shipping prices vary depending on your location.
(Beware of other sites that include shipping in the price of the tree - it's usually inflated).

How do I know what my tree will look like?
Due to natural variance in Christmas trees, it is impossible to know exactly what your tree will look like. However, rest assured that our Premium-grade Fraser Firs are the nicest trees that you'll find anywhere. They represent the top 5% of all trees grown on the farm.

What do the discount trees look like?
Our discount trees are just as fresh as our premium-grade trees. The reason that we've discounted them is that they may be slightly uneven or less dense than the premium-grade trees.

Why should I buy a Fraser Fir Christmas Tree?
Fraser Fir has quickly become America's most desired Christmas tree. The primary reason for this is that Frasers have superior needle retention over all other trees (they stay fresher longer). Additionally Frasers have very sturdy branches that won't sag under the weight of heavy ornaments.

What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with one of our fresh products (trees, wreaths, or garland), return it within 3 business days for a full refund.

*Tree Stands can be returned up to 10 years after the purchase date for a full refund.
